If you've swallowed the Comfort Kool-Aid, you wouldn't need an actual miracle (for example, god regrowing an amputated limb or an amputated limb growing after prayer) to 'prove' that god miraculously helped an amputee. No, sireeee. All you have to do is link to a video where an amputee with prosthetics (a product of medical science and designed by humans), talks about participating in the Special Olympics (a sporting event created by humans).

[sarcasm] Get it, theistards? That is totally a miracle! Humans designed the prosthetics, and it was his choice and willpower to compete in the Special Olympics. Instead of giving him and his doctors the credit they deserve, we will diminish their efforts and thank our imaginary sky-daddy instead! GODDIDIT! Somehow GODDIDIT without actually doing anything!
